I am a California native with roots in Orange County and Rancho Santa Fe. I am a member of all southern California MLS services from Los Angeles to San Diego Originally licensed in 1980 I have extensive experience in residential, vacant land and income producing properties.

Having lived in Rancho Santa Fe for 11 years and putting our daughter through the Rowe school, being involved with many civic projects and charitable causes my wife Eleanore and I have met many wonderful local people.

I have had the opportunity to live in Central America over the past 4 years working on a number of real estate projects.  I have several properties in Roatan Honduras and would be pleased to work with you if you have an interest in that area.
