Masterpiece Realty Associates serves all of San Diego County with a particular emphasis on Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside and downtown San Diego. Specializing in luxury homes including golf course and ocean front estates and high rise condominiums.

My Background

A San Diego native, John grew up in Del Mar and has enjoyed living and working in San Diego’s finest communities since returning from New York in 2001. He has also worked and served as an assistant manager in Rancho Santa Fe.

Having created the Powerhouse Properties group with Tracy Weaver “offers our clients a totally integrated, seamless team,” says John. “With 25 years selling real estate, Tracy’s on-the-ground, in-depth knowledge of Del Mar and coastal properties is phenomenal, and I bring a broader perspective on how to market properties and make sure we are absolutely everywhere we need to be.”

Part of that is taking advantage of and leveraging the full mix of “social networking,” including blogs, Facebook and Twitter. “It is how everyone is communicating, and if you’re not promoting your properties through these venues, then you’re not promoting your properties,” says John.

Having lived in New York and Hong Kong with a background in marketing public relations, John brings a broader perspective and approach to every transaction: “Wherever you are in the world, everybody would like to have a nice home and a sense of family and community. It is truly a pleasure to help our clients achieve those things in what happens to be one of the finest places on earth.”

John also serves on the board of the Del Mar Village Association as well as the Del Mar Historical Committee. When he’s not selling real estate you can probably find him on the tennis court where he is a member at Rancho Valencia.
