Mastering the current market has been quite a challenge in this era of distressed situations. Two of the challenges facing my clients more than any others are: recognizing if a loan modification is possible or not and recognizing that they need a third party to interface with their lender to determine whether a “short sale” is the best way to prevent foreclosure and save their credit. My achievement in short sales has been a 99% success rate in settlement!
