About My Services

I have chosen this ever-challenging profession because it combines my lifelong interests in people and home design, while drawing on the technical and intuitive skills I have honed in previous careers – ranging from art and antiques with Sotheby’s to finance and luxury hotel management – in the United States and Europe.

Finding a property is just the first step in representing Buyers.  Especially in this current market with so many properties and so many unfamiliar sales conditions, having an experienced trustworthy agent to help edit the surfeit of information and to keep the process focused is of utmost importance.

Similarly, taking a listing is just the first step in representing Sellers. Today’s real estate environment requires extensive experrtise as to current conditions.. I prepare a marketing plan for Sellers designed to expose their property to the maximum number of qualified Buyers.

A successful real estate transaction is both art and science.  It requires comprehensive knowledge of the current market and industry procedures coupled with the interpersonal skills to facilitate negotiations and to assure a successful, pleasant transaction from start to finish.
