We are very pleased to now be affiliated with Masterpiece Realty Associates which is owned and operated by real estate attorney and broker Peter Lewi. Dorothy has known Peter for many years going back to when they worked together at Dyson & Dyson where he served as General Counsel. Based on our combined backgrounds and experience we realized what a great mother and daughter team we would make and decided to work as partners in listing and selling residential real estate.  Together we will provide you with the utmost attention, integrity and the latest in technology leading to a smooth and successful transaction.

Dorothy Sarkozy-Hayward

The combination of being a 35-year resident of Cardiff by the Sea, with my extensive and broad experience in the real estate industry, enables me to effectively serve sellers and buyers throughout North San Diego County.

Intimate knowledge of the communities, knowing how to put the transaction together and getting them closed are the keys to success in residential real estate. I formerly served as the head of a unique in-house transaction coordination department of Dyson & Dyson, a leading high end brokerage with offices throughout North San Diego County, Orange County, the Coachella Valley and Las Vegas. Following that role, I was promoted to General Manager of the company which grew to over 400 agents in 19 offices.

Thereafter I helped establish a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange division for New Century Title which was acquired by LandAmerica. I ran a profitable department with the responsibility for handling and closing thousands of exchange transactions for investment property.

Liz Sarkozy

I was born and raised in Cardiff by the Sea. After graduating from Torrey Pines High School I received my BA in Business Finance from the University of San Diego. I have a wide range of knowledge of the real estate industry and have experience with the various aspects of the transaction process. I began my real estate career over 12 years ago, helping in the transaction coordination department of Dyson and Dyson. In 2002 I began working for a top-producing Agent in Rancho Santa Fe and received my real estate license in 2004. I transitioned into the commercial aspect of real estate and became the Assistant Vice President of the local 1031 division for New Century Title Company. Thereafter I went on to serve as a Title Representative for New Century and Escrow Rep. for Lawyers Title specializing in marketing and supporting local real estate agents.
