Sean’s Bio

Sean moved to San Diego 15 years ago from Cape Cod, like many, seeking warmer winters. He got his real estate license nearly 10 years ago and began working in the metro area villages of North Park, Kensington and Hillcrest, before relocating to North County in 2005. During his time as a realtor, he has focused much of his attentions on working with buyers: “I really enjoy the challenge of working with buyers to find the right home to fit their needs. It’s like a puzzle, and it requires that I listen very closely to my clients’ comments and to learn to read them closely to find exactly the right fit.”

In recent years, Sean has become the Powerhouse Team’s in-house short-sale expert, handling all the negotiations with the banks during the course of the bank approval process, and keeping clients fully informed of what each step of the process entails. “A short-sale is a stressful process for any client, whether a buyer or seller. Clear, open communication is vital. It is my commitment to our clients that I translate the entire process to them in a manner they can understand, so there are no surprises along the way.”

Having a previous work experience in corporate policies and procedures, Sean is very comfortable and familiar with the requisite documentation and procedures for real estate transactions, and works hand-in-hand with brokerage transaction coordination to ensure the escrow progresses smoothly. His attention to detail is a valuable asset to the Powerhouse Team.
