Tracy’s Bio

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in selling properties throughout Del Mar and surrounding communities. His knowledge of the area, his own personal experiences developing and remodeling properties, and his broad base of loyal clients have placed him as one of the top listing and selling agents in Del Mar.

Representing both buyers and sellers, Tracy’s approach is simple: “My job is to listen and match the perfect property or buyer to fit my clients’ needs,” he says. “It helps give you an advantage when you have lived in the Beach Colony since 1979 and know the streets, the history of the area and its homes, and feel perfectly comfortable and confident representing clients in this community.”

Tracy brings his love for and knowledge about the area to every transaction, and enjoys selling the beach lifestyle. “I love where I live,” Tracy says. “Between the wonderful beach, the small town village charm, and the close-knit community, I can’t imagine living anywhere else.”

When Tracy isn’t selling real estate, he spends his time with his family, including supporting his wife’s many community interests, involvement with his kids’ school activities, coaching community sports and surfing and fishing along the Del Mar beaches.
